No-play requests are just that: requests. They are granted on a first-come, first-served basis if the schedule allows. That being said, we have always been able to fulfill the requested no-plays because we use the following guidelines:
- For tournaments, we attempt to meet up to two no-play times, but we cannot guarantee them. For leagues, we accept up to two no-play dates. Because of the nature of the league schedule, meeting them might be mathematically impossible.
- Teams cannot request to play before, after, or at a certain time, only up to two slots in which that do not want to play.
- Choosing an 8:00 AM and a 12:00 PM no-play does not include 10:00 AM. Choosing 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM does not include 8:00 AM, and so forth.
- For the sake of the teams that need them, only request no-plays out of necessity, not for convenience or preference. No-plays are reserved for teams that have players playing other sports or very serious roster conflicts. If many teams request no-plays, not all of them will be met.
- No-plays are accepted until the tournament or league registration deadline (generally one week before the event). Late no-plays are not accepted.
Schedule changes after the schedule is published are $100 per change. There are no refunds after the schedule is published.
